Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27/08/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of wepaymore4bikes.com and to the valuation, purchase and collection of motorcycles arranged through We Pay More 4 Bikes (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By submitting a valuation form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. VALUATIONS

1.1. When you submit a valuation form through our website, the information you provide is used to provide an indicative valuation for your motorcycle.

1.2. Any valuation provided based on information submitted through our website is subject to verification of the motorcycle’s actual condition, specification, mileage, ownership and other relevant details.

1.3. A valuation is not a guaranteed purchase price unless expressly confirmed by us following inspection or verification of the motorcycle.

1.4. We rely on the information provided by you when assessing your motorcycle. You are therefore responsible for ensuring that all information submitted on a valuation form is complete, accurate and truthful.

2. BUSINESS NAME AND “WE PAY MORE” DISCLAIMER

2.1. We Pay More 4 Bikes and wepaymore4bikes.com are the trading/business name and website of our business.

2.2. The name “We Pay More 4 Bikes” is a business name and marketing expression only. It does not constitute a guarantee, promise or representation that we will pay more for your motorcycle than another dealer, purchaser, website, valuation service or third party.

2.3. We do not guarantee that our offer will be the highest offer available to you or that we will pay more than another buyer.

2.4. Any valuation or purchase price offered by us is based on the information provided by you, our assessment of the motorcycle and relevant market conditions.

2.5. Submitting a valuation form does not guarantee that we will purchase your motorcycle or that the initial valuation provided will be the final purchase price.

3. CONDITION DESCRIPTIONS

3.1. Before completing a valuation form, you should carefully read the condition descriptions and explanations provided on our website.

3.2. You must select the condition that accurately represents the actual condition of your motorcycle at the time you submit the valuation form.

3.3. You must not deliberately or negligently provide false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information about your motorcycle in order to obtain a higher valuation.

3.4. This includes, but is not limited to, providing inaccurate information about:

  • the overall condition of the motorcycle;
  • accident or crash damage;
  • cosmetic damage;
  • scratches, dents or paintwork damage;
  • mechanical faults;
  • engine or gearbox problems;
  • warning lights or dashboard faults;
  • electrical faults;
  • missing or damaged parts;
  • modifications;
  • previous repairs;
  • mileage;
  • service history;
  • ownership or finance status; or
  • any other information that may reasonably affect the motorcycle’s
    value.

3.5. If you are unsure which condition category applies to your motorcycle, you should select the lower condition category or contact us before submitting your valuation.

4. INSPECTION AND CHANGE IN VALUATION

4.1. We reserve the right to inspect and/or assess the motorcycle before completing the purchase.

4.2. If the motorcycle is found to be materially different from the description or information provided on the valuation form, we may revise the valuation to reflect its actual condition.

4.3. If the difference between the information supplied and the motorcycle’s actual condition is material, we may withdraw the valuation or decline to purchase the motorcycle.

4.4. Any revised valuation will be based on the actual condition and circumstances of the motorcycle.

4.5. The final purchase price may differ from an initial online valuation where the motorcycle’s actual condition, specification, mileage or other relevant details differ from the information provided on the valuation form.

5. INACCURATE OR MISLEADING CONDITION INFORMATION – COLLECTION FEE

5.1. We understand that genuine mistakes can occur. However, where a customer has provided materially inaccurate or misleading information about the condition of a motorcycle, and we have arranged for a vehicle collection based on that information, we reserve the right to charge a collection fee to recover reasonable costs incurred by us.

5.2. The collection fee may apply where, for example, the motorcycle’s actual condition is materially worse than the condition selected on the valuation form and the difference could reasonably have been identified and disclosed by the customer before collection was arranged.

5.3. The collection fee is intended to cover reasonable costs incurred by us as a result of the inaccurate or misleading information and is not intended to penalise customers for genuine mistakes or minor discrepancies.

5.4. We will not seek to apply a collection fee where the difference in condition is minor, reasonably subjective, or where the customer has provided information honestly and to the best of their knowledge.

5.5. Where we believe that a collection fee is applicable, we will explain the reason for the fee and how it has been calculated.

6. COLLECTION

6.1. Collection arrangements are agreed between us and the customer in advance.

6.2. The customer must ensure that the motorcycle is available at the agreed collection location and that the information provided to us remains accurate.

6.3. The motorcycle must be in substantially the same condition as described when the valuation was provided, subject to reasonable wear and tear occurring between valuation and collection.

6.4. If the motorcycle cannot be collected because it is unavailable, inaccessible, materially different from the description provided, or otherwise unsuitable for collection due to information supplied by the customer, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred by us, subject to applicable law.

7. CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

7.1. By submitting a valuation form, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

7.2. You should carefully consider the condition descriptions provided on our website before selecting a condition category.

7.3. If you discover that information submitted on your valuation form was incorrect, you should notify us as soon as possible and before collection takes place.

8. OUR RIGHT TO DECLINE A PURCHASE

We reserve the right to decline to purchase a motorcycle where:

  • its actual condition materially differs from the information
    provided;
  • information supplied during the valuation process was materially
    inaccurate or misleading;
  • the motorcycle has undisclosed damage or mechanical problems;
  • the motorcycle’s ownership or finance status cannot be
    satisfactorily verified;
  • the motorcycle does not match the vehicle described on the valuation
    form; or
  • there is another legitimate reason why we cannot reasonably proceed with the purchase.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF PURCHASE

9.1. Submission of a valuation form does not create a binding obligation on us to purchase the motorcycle.

9.2. Any purchase remains subject to verification of the motorcycle and agreement of the final purchase price.

9.3. An online valuation is an initial indication only and should not be treated as a guaranteed offer to purchase.

10. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information and condition descriptions displayed on our website are accurate and understandable.

However, photographs and written descriptions are intended as guidance only. Where you are uncertain about the condition of your motorcycle, you should contact us before submitting your valuation.

11. LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or protections you may have under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

We will not seek to impose a fee or exercise a contractual right where doing so would be unlawful or unenforceable.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
